Strawberry Mint Lemonade and Iced Tea

Thanks for Sharing!

Strawberry Mint Lemonade is the perfect summer drink! It is so refreshing, absolutely delicious, and super easy to make! I love strawberries and during the summer season we typically always have some fresh and frozen strawberries. My two girls love strawberries as I do.

My kiddos love lemonade!  For my girls, strawberry lemonade is their favorite.   So I decided to try the Brew Over Ice K-Cups.   I love using my Keurig for hot chocolate in the cooler months and serving coffee for company, but I had never tried using it over ice.

Making Strawberry Mint Lemonade using your Keurig

We decided to try out the lemonade first… making a strawberry mint lemonade.

How to Make Strawberry Mint Lemonade

Prep your Keurig and insert a lemonade K-Cup… and brew on the 6 or 8 ounce setting for the best flavor!

Once the brewing is complete, stir with a straw and enjoy!  Adding a few sprigs of mint is a wonderful summer update to regular strawberry lemonade and adds a great minty flavor.

We also made the same recipe and swapped it with lemon ice tea.  We used Snapple’s lemon ice tea K-cups. My youngest loved it.

Both passed my kiddo’s taste test and they loved them as an afternoon treat on a hot summer day.

  1. I keep meaning to toss some frozen berries in my Brew Over Ice, but I always forget- it sounds like a great idea, since my ice tends to melt so quickly! #Client
