Assembling S’mores Parfait
Put the parfait together only takes a few minutes when you have the items.
Make The Graham Cracker Crumble
For the layers of graham cracker I used one graham cracker per parfait. Each parfait had two layers, so I used half of a graham cracker on each layer. I wanted the graham cracker pieces to be bite-sized chunks, so I just broke them by hand rather than crushing them. I wanted the parfait to have some texture with the flavor.

So at the bottom of the parfait glass I put half of a graham cracker that I had broken into chunks. If you prefer you could have a layer of graham cracker crumbs.

Chocolate Pudding Layer
I went the quick and easy route by using chocolate pudding cups for this recipe. You could make up a chocolate pudding mix or even make homemade pudding if you prefer. Just make sure the pudding has set up before assembling your parfait.
Place a couple heaping teaspoons of pudding on top of the graham cracker chunks. I used about 1/2 of one pudding cup for the layer.
Make The Marshmallow Cream
For the marshmallow layer I combined marshmallow fluff and whipped topping. This creates a lighter marshmallow layer. You still get that great taste but it’s not quick as heavy, which I like in a parfait.

Combine the marshmallow creme and the whipped topping together in a bowl until smooth.

Then I added about two heaping teaspoons of the fluff mixture to the top of the graham cracker chunks.

Then I repeated the layers one more time. If you have a larger glass or jar you will need either more per layer or more layers.

I finished the top with a piece of graham cracker and a piece of chocolate bar for garnish. You could also top it with some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and even toast the marshmallows a bit with a kitchen torch. This S’mores Parfait is so fun to make and even more exciting to eat. Kiddos would have fun creating their own if you have an assembly line going with the ingredients.
S’more Parfaits

Ingredients
- 4 graham crackers
- 4 chocolate pudding cups
- ½ cup whipped topping
- ½ cup marshmallow fluff
- chocolate bar optional
Instructions
Marshmallow Whipped Topping
- In a bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff and whipped topping together until smooth.
Assembling S'more Parfait
- First step is crumbling your graham crackers. I used 1 graham cracker per parfait. So ½ of a graham cracker on one layer and the other half on the second layer.
- Place graham cracker chunks on the bottom of your glasses or jars. You want to make sure the base is well covered and I went up about 1/2 inch.
- Then add some chocolate pudding. I used ½ of a pudding cup on this layer. Spoon it on and spread it over the graham cracker.
- Then add some marshmallow whipped topping. I used 2 heaping teaspoons for this layer.
- Then repeat. I used ½ graham cracker again.
- For the second chocolate pudding layer I used about ¾ of a pudding cup (since the glass was a little wider toward the top).
- Then the final layer of marshmallow whipped topping I used about 3 heaping teaspoons. I finished with a piece of graham cracker and some chocolate bar.
- Place in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
