Loaded Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken Recipe

Quick and easy one dish dinners are the best on a busy night.  We’re all looking for recipes that don’t take a lot of work and that will fill the belly’s of your family.  This Loaded Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken Recipe does just that.

Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken

Here’s this yummy recipe:

Loaded Cheesy Potato and Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 16oz Hash Brown Potatoes (the diced up potatoes)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet Campbell’s Oven Sauces – Cheesy Broccoli Chicken
  • 4-5 slices of bacon (cut into 1 inch slices) and cooked in a pan
  • green onions (sliced thin, amount as desired)

Directions

Step 1
Place frozen hashbrown potatoes in the base of a casserole dish. Add chicken on top, spreading about evenly.
Step 2
In a bowl combine the sour cream and cheesy sauce. Spoon on top of the potatoes/chicken and smooth to cover the potatoes/chicken.

Step 3
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, uncover and add the bacon. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and bake 5 minutes more.
