Easy Garlic Roasted Potatoes

- 2 lbs small red potatoes
- 2 lbs small gold potatoes
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 5 tbsp garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400° F.
- Wash and slice the red potatoes in half. Place on a baking sheet.
- Wash and slice the gold potatoes in half. Place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes. Toss around with your hands until the potatoes are coated.
