How To Make It

Start by washing the potatoes and slicing them in half. Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and drizzle them with olive oil.

Then add a chopped onion and minced garlic. Now if you want you could switch it up with different herbs. Rosemary and thyme would be delicious in the fall. Or maybe do a parmesan garlic twist. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small red potatoes
  • 2 lbs small gold potatoes
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 5 tbsp garlic minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400° F.
  • Wash and slice the red potatoes in half. Place on a baking sheet.
