This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Best Foods®. The opinions and text are all mine.

Today I am sharing how I make Perfect Roasted Potato Wedges!  We love making homemade french fries and this is my go-to recipe. They are a great appetizer while you’re watching a game and are a perfect side dish for recipes like: Cheese Stuffed Cheeseburger, Crockpot BBQ Beef and Sweet Onions, or anything you like.

Roasted Potato Wedges

I had recently seen TV ads for Best Foods® Real Ketchup, and was eager to have my family try it!  So I headed to my local Superior Grocers to grab a couple bottles of Best Foods Real Ketchup and all the fixins to make some hamburgers.

Let me share how I make our favorite french fries.

Roasted Potato Wedges Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning salt
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Best Foods Real Ketchup

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash your potatoes and cut them into wedges.  I cut each potato in half, the long-way.  Then cut each of those halves in half, long-way again.   Then, I take each of those pieces and cut them into 3 wedges.  So each potato you’ll be getting 12 wedges.

Drizzle the olive oil over the wedges and toss to coat well with the olive oil.  Then season with the various salts and pepper and toss to completely coat.

Place the wedges onto 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes and bake for another 20-30 minutes until your potato wedges are to your desired crispness.

Serve hot with Best Foods Real Ketchup and enjoy!

My family loves Best Foods Real Ketchup.  I love that it’s sweetened with honey and made with only real, simple ingredients.  It has no sugar or high fructose corn syrup. It also has no artificial ingredients, no added flavorings, is Non-GMO, and contains only 5 ingredients – tomatoes, honey, white wine vinegar, salt, and spices!  Love that!

Make sure to check the Best Foods recipe page for more great recipe ideas!  Also, make sure you head to your local Superior Grocers from 12/5/18 – 12/11/18 for savings on Best Foods Real Ketchup!

Perfect Roasted Potato Wedges are easy to make to get that those great steak fries you love at your favorite restaurant. Grab the recipe here!
