Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies make it fee like even if the temps don’t feel like it yet! I am all about pumpkins, spice and everything fall-like!
Today I want to share with y’all a fall-favorite at our house; Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! These are so yummy and cake-like. A perfect snack {or breakfast…shhh, don’t tell anyone!}.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 can of canned pumpkin
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350. In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter. Add egg, vanilla and pumpkin; beat well. Gradually mix in flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks and store in an airtight container.
