Berry Spinach Smoothie
Hey everyone! I’m back with another smoothie recipe…..I just can’t get enough of their cold, creamy, goodness this summer! This smoothie is also Trim Healthy Mama approved- and it’s a good “E” smoothie. So, pair it with your oatmeal or some other carb!
Berry Spinach Smoothie-
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 heaping tbsp. plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2-1 cup water
2 handfuls mixed berries
1/4-1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) peaches
Directions:
Add all to the blender, blend to desired consistency Enjoy!
