Chocolate Spoons
White Chocolate Spoons for Hot Chocolate Gift ~ Supply List {affiliate links included for your convenience}
- white chocolate melts
- spoon mold
(this is the one I used and it worked great!)
- sprinkles
- hot chocolate
- mini marshmallows
- clear gift bags
- red
and pink curling ribbon
This is the spoon mold that I used (you can click the link above or this image below to see where I bought it)
Start by adding some sprinkles to your spoon mold…
Then you need to melt your white chocolate. You don’t need a lot for these spoons. I started with 30 seconds on high in the microwave, stirred then add another 20 if it was needed. Stir again… if it’s not completely melted then place bake in the microwave for another 20 seconds and repeat.
Using a spoon pour the white chocolate into the molds on top of the sprinkles you added earlier.
Once filled I tapped them on the counter to get any bubbles out and to help even them out, then add some more sprinkles to the top.
I put them into the refrigerator to chill quick. They were ready to pop out in less than 30 minutes.
I added a single serving of hot chocolate mix to the clear bag plus a handful of mini marshmallows and a white chocolate spoon. Finish off with some red and pink curling ribbon and you’ve got an adorable Valentine’s gift idea.
Yeah, this chocolate spoon is a perfect gift come valentines day! I’m pretty sure Aunt Joanne would love to have this. Really clever!
Glad you like it Kristy!
