Happy Monday Friends! Today I’ve got a sweet treat that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day or any day. You can easily change up the colors, sprinkles, etc to make it perfect for your kiddo’s birthday, Christmas, Halloween, etc.
White Chocolate Dipped Rice Krispie Treats on a Stick are a fun treat anytime.
Follow your regular favorite recipe to make rice krispie treats or if you wanted to you could even buy them already prepared.
If you make them from scratch, which I highly recommend, you need to let them setup. I put mine in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Then cut the rice krispies into rectangular shapes for the rectangular ones.
In a 9×13 pan you can make 10 rectangles.
Press a popcicle stick into each cut out piece…
then dip it into your choice of chocolate. We went with white chocolate.
I melt mine in the microwave. I usually set the microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power. Check it, stir and put in again if it needs more time.
Once melted perfectly dip your treats.
Then immediately add your sprinkles as the chocolate is still wet.
For the cute heart shapes I used a heart cookie cutter.
Super cute, easy and delicious treats for the Valentine’s in your life.
