Fall Pumpkin Spice Donuts
Pumpkin Spice Donuts are my latest fall obsession. I love all the warm spices of fall and these donuts have all those great flavors. These donuts are baked which makes this recipe a favorite for me.
You’ll want to try this donut recipe is you love pumpkin spice! They are easy to make and the perfect fall weekend treat.
Pumpkin Spice Donuts
Pumpkin Spice Donuts that are easy to make and baked in the oven.

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup pumpkin fresh or canned, just not pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350. Spray your donut pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Whisk until combined.
- In another bowl combine oil, sugar, egg, vanilla, pumpkin, and milk.
- Whisk until combined.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Use a spoon to fill your donut pan troughs to about 3/4 full.
- Tap the pan on the counter gently to try to remove any bubbles and help it settle.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until donuts have risen and are firm to the touch.
- Serve warm with powder sugar or let cool and make an icing glaze with water and powdered sugar.
They make about 12 donuts. I let them about 15 minutes before drizzling them with glaze.
